As a public company and listed on the IDX, by carrying out this Public Expose obligation, PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk. (“JAST”) has fulfilled its obligations this year to carry out the Annual Public Expose.

In this Public Expose, JAST provides an overview of the company’s latest information, related to financial and other performance. JAST has 2 solutions that are JAST’s biggest growth engines, namely Communication and Smart City. In communication,

JAST has services such as Jascloud, Contact Center, Toschat, Jasmeet, Whatsapp
Business API, while JAST’s smart city has Smart Lighting, Command Center, CCTV
Surveillance, Advertising and Emergency Call 112. Within all of that, JAST aims to
establish a B2C2G ecosystem.

As of September 2022, JAST’s revenue has reached Rp. 52 billion, and is projected
to reach Rp. 80 billion by the end of 2022, so that there will be an increase compared
to December 2021. When viewed by sector, Call Centers account for 61% of all JAST’s
revenue.

Until the end of October 2022, JAST has been processing projects including; Jascloud
with UOB Jakarta, UOB Spain and UOB Europe, besides that JAST has penetrated
into property companies. For Contact Center services at the Ombudsman, JAST has
penetrated into Click To Call, using telesurvey services at the Central Bureau of
Statistics, and participating in migration by analog switch off with Kominfo.

Regarding the Smart City service, JAST must obtain permission from the
Shareholders to be able to implement it, but there have been several requests and
hearings, including with Dairi and Siak Regencies. In this regard, JAST has held an
Extraordinary GMS to seek shareholder approval today, November 22, 2022, but has
not yet reached the quorum set, and a Second GMS will be held. With the existence
of a smart city, JAST is confident that it can contribute to realizing Indonesia’s digital
transformation.

Business Strategy 2023
In 2023 it is hoped that JAST will continue to increase, among others, it is hoped that
Jascloud sales will increase by more than 50%, and smart cities are targeted to be
installed in more than 6 cities. Going forward, JAST also plans to offer Call Center
services to private parties and e-commerce, and develop Omnichannel Self Sign Up.

The 112 Emergency Call Service is targeted at 140-200 cities or an increase of 40%.
To support all of this, of course, we also have to strengthen business entities, namely
PT Sakti Makmur Pratama as a developer, PT Dimensi Ruang Digital, PT Karta
Indonesia Global and PH1 Innovax PTE LTD.
